We offer a comprehensive, tailor-made service to UK buyers of properties in the north or south Costa Blanca.

Working with well established, and reputable property companies and developers, we are able to show clients a selection of new or resale homes suited to their individual requirements, both in price and location.

Inspection visits are arranged entirely according to the clients wishes and conducted on an individual basis. During your tour an experienced and well informed executive will focus entirely on your ideas regarding your Costa Blanca 'PLACE IN THE SUN'.  These visits are relaxed and totally without sales pressure.  We assure you of courtesy and attention.

On the following pages it is our intention to give you a brief but informative overview of the area we cover, from La Manga in the south to Gandia in the north.  This is a historic and beautiful region of which millions of words have been written.  We hope that our modest contribution will whet your appetite for some exploration.

the history, culture and climate have created a unique and attractive lifestyle which over the last 30-40 years has encouraged people from all over Europe to resettle along the coast and inland areas of the region.  needless to say the British are very well represented.

We would be the last people to over simplify such a major step as buying an overseas property whether it be for holidays, investment, resettlement or retirement.

However, by basically following the same procedures as you would when buying in the UK the whole process should be without any more problems than you would expect in the UK.

You have made an excellent first step by consulting a member if FOPDAC.  All members of this organisation are required to have banking, legal and financial references from appropriate sources before being elected to membership.  The federation fully investigates any complaints from clients involving FOPDAC members.

What we do recommend

Firstly, if you do not know the Costa Blanca, spend a holiday there.  Choose a place within hours journey from Alicante from where you can easily explore the north and the south.   There are bargain packages to be had, try www.lateescapes.com and car hire can be very reasonable out of high season.

Secondly, when you have decided on an area that you like, what style of property you prefer, and approximately what you want spend, let us know your ideas.  We will arrange to show you details of a selection of suitable homes that meet your stated criteria.  When you have drawn up a 'short-list' we will arrange to show them to you.  Doing it this way, i can assure you will save a lot of time wasting and confusion.

Obviously if you do know the region, and where you want to be, then only the second stage of this exercise will be necessary.

We will be happy to make all the arrangements for your inspection visit, but we do fully appreciate that some people prefer to make their own travel and accommodation plans.
